L'union des karimistes de la diaspora senegalaise d’Italie (UKADSI) salue l'engagement et la détermination de leur mentor sur la déscision importante qu'il a prise de rester toujours concentré sur une révision du procès.
L'appel pour un combat de la liberté et de la démocratie lancé depuis le début pour le non respect de ses droits civiques et politiques à été très bien entendu par ses souteneurs et le Pds.
De ce fait, le frére président KARIM WADE ne cesse de vous témoigner votre engagement, votre détermination, votre patience mais surtout compte sur vous pour l'accompagner jusqu'à la victoire finale en 2024..
La situation politique au Sénégal :
le président de la République du Sénégal a décidé de faire voter une loi d'amnistie pour redonner à certains concitoyens la possibilité de retrouver leurs droits d'electeurs.
Nous karimistes d'Italie (UKADSI ), nous exigeons la révision du procès de Karim Wade. UKADSI dit NON À L'AMNESTIE....
Non à L'amnistie des faits nébuleux et des crimes économiques monstrueux sur le dos du peuple souverain.. par ce régime incompétent..
FORT de constat UNION DES KARIMISTES DE L'ITALIE (UKADSI) souligne qu'elle demande la révision du procès de Karim Wade . Parce que les sénégalais n'ont pas bien suivi le procès, Ils ont été manipulés et intoxiqués par des fausses informations. En effet jusqu'à présent l'état du Sénégal est incapable de mettre sur la table une preuve sur les supposés détournement de fond public dont on accusse le CANDIDAT DU PDS Karim Wade à qui on a bafoué tous ses droits civils et politiques.
Au regard de tout ses manquements, UNION DES KARIMISTES DE L'ITALIE (UKADSI ) demande et exige à l'état du Sénégal la révision du procès de Karim Wade comme tant demandée et
réclamée par la communauté internationale, Les NATIONS UNIES ,la CEDEAO, ainsi que de nombreuses organisations qui agissent pour la défense des droits de l'homme, le respect des libertés, de la Démocratie mais surtout le respect des signatures de notre cher SENEGAL dans les juridictions internationales..
Mais dans une de ses dernières sorties, le ministre de la Justice a conseillé au camp de Karim Wade d’accepter l’amnistie. Car pour lui Karim Wade risque d’enregistrer « une lourde peine » en acceptant une révision de son procès.
« Des menaces du ministre de la Justice sur une révision du procès montre encore une fois comment cet état du
régime de Macky Sall tricheur, manipulateur et violeur, a peur que la vérité de l'innocent Karim Wade triomphe raison pour laquelle l'envoyé ministre, violeur des textes et connaissances, vient nous faire un mauvais moral sur une révision de procès »
Nous détestons la malhonnêteté intellectuelle de ce professeur Ismaila Madior Fall », déplore L'UKADSI..
Le ministre Madior Fall avait soutenu qu’il n’y avait pas d’erreurs dans le procès de Karim Wade. Par contre, Les
karimistes de l'Italia ont décelé plusieurs manquements. « Vous demandez s'il y avait des erreurs dans le procès pour demander une révision.Nous vous disons qu'on avait assisté à une robotisation de toute une machine judiciaire pour un procès de la honte qui déshonore l'image de la justice sénégalaise vu les recours triomphaux obtenus par le frère président Karim WADE un peu partout dans le monde.
Donc nous savons réellement pourquoi vous avez peur de la réouverture du procès de Karim Wade s’interroge

Une participation digne et légale aux élections..
Après trois mois de travaux, les experts de la Mission d’audit du fichier électoral avaient remis un document qui mentionne que l’exclusion de Karim Wade des listes électorales pour les délits et crimes commis viole l’esprit de
l’article 25 de la Déclaration universelle des Droits de l’Homme.
Lequel stipule que «tout citoyen a le droit et la possibilité de prendre part à la direction des affaires publiques et d’accéder, dans des conditions générales d’égalité, aux fonctions publiques de son pays».
Nous interpellons l'opinion nationale et internationale pour que la lumière soit faite sur l'affaire Karim wade.
Le régime de l'incompétent Macky sall nous a montré d'une manière grandiose les crimes et délits qu'il a commis sur notre frére président Karim Wade.
Il a violé fortement : L'ARTICLE L25 de la de la déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme.
Lequel stipule que ""tout citoyen à le droit et la possibilité de prendre part à la direction des affaires publiques et d'accéder dans des conditions générales d'égalités aux fonctions publiques de son pays.
Pour sa candidature à la magistrature suprême du Sénégal en 2024, notre désir, volonté et souhait n'a jamais varié comme en 2019.. Il reste et demeure l'unique candidat des karimistes, du pds et meilleur profil pour un Sénégal de paix et de développement...
Donc son eccellence, président Macky Sall, votre désir d'un Sénégal stable politiquement peut passer seulement sur la voix la plus courte et plus simple qui est LA RÉVISION DU CODE ÉLECTORAL en modifiant L'ARTICLE L57 qui interdit d'une manière indigne et indéterminée à un citoyen de remplir ses droits civils.

Le Comuniqué du collectif des avocats de notre frère président KARIM WADE qui nous informait que depuis le 21 août 2020,
Karim Wade a retrouvé son droit d’être électeur et éligible.
Le Collectif des avocats de Karim Wade, qui a été condamné arbitrairement à l’issue d’un procès politique et une
parodie de justice, informe l’opinion publique nationale et internationale que, depuis cette date, le code électoral ne
peut plus être invoqué par l’Etat du Sénégal pour faire obstacle à l’inscription de leur client sur les listes électorales et à sa candidature à toute élection.
Alors que la Cour de répression de l’enrichissement illicite (CREI), juridiction d’exception, n’était pas allée jusqu’à priver à notre frére président Karim Wade de ses droits civils et politiques, l’Etat du Sénégal a arbitrairement, sans
aucune base légale, radié notre mentor, candidat du parti sur les listes électorales en se prévalant de l’articleL.31 du code électoral qui interdit l’inscription aux personnes condamnées.
Toutefois,l’article L32 du code électoral limite cette interdiction d’inscription sur les listes à une durée de 5 ans. Ainsi, depuis le 21 Août 2020, le frére président KARIM Wade devient électeur et éligible en vertu de la loi électorale et par l’expiration du délai de 5 ans suivant la décision de la Cour suprême du 20 Août 2015 qui avait rejeté son pourvoi
contre l’arrêt de condamnation par la CREI.
Le collectif des avocats avait rappelé encore une fois que l’État du Sénégal a gravement et de manière persistante bafoué les droits de notre frère président Karim Wade et refusé d’appliquer la décision du Comité des droits de l’homme des Nations Unies.
Le Collectif rappelle à l’État du Sénégal qu’il est tenu de se conformer strictement au respect de la Constitution et des traités internationaux qui garantissent les droits de notre frère président Karim Wade, violés par les autorités de son pays depuis 2012.
Donc.., nous exigeons sans délai à la modification des articles antidémocratiques et anticonstitutionels du code électoral mais surtout nous réaffirmons notre détermination à faire réviser son procès, comme l’exigent.
