Communiqué de presse sur l'arrestation de Boubacar Sèye Président de l'ONG Horizon Sans Frontières à l'aeroport AIBD
L’organisation internationale des Migrants, Horizon Sans Frontières a été informée de l’interpellation de son Président ce matin du vendredi 15 janvier 2021 à sa descente d’avion en provenance d’Espagne.
En effet, le Président de HSF avait été contacté par les services de la DIC pour référer à une convocation sur des déclarations qu’il aurait soutenues.
Le Président de HSF, Boubacar Sèye s’est mis d’accord avec le responsable de la DIC qu’à son retour de voyage, il se rendrait lui-même dans leurs locaux pour répondre à la convocation.
HSF est profondément préoccupée par les méthodes indignes et de persécutions utilisées contre son Président au Sénégal, interpellation et arrestation opérées sur la personnalité morale de HSF comme s’il s’agissait d’un malfaiteur en fuite ce qui viole les principes du respect de la dignité humaine.
Cette situation est d’autant plus inquiétante du fait que les agents de la DIC du Sénégal ont eu à discuter en amont avec Monsieur Boubacar Sèye, Président du HSF.
HSF considère ces actes comme de sérieuses atteintes au droit à la dignité, à l’intégrité morale et à la liberté d’opinion et d’expression.
HSF considère que ces actes n’ont pour but que de museler les personnes qui luttent contre la mauvaise gouvernance et surtout la mauvaise gestion du phénomène de l’émigration clandestine au Sénégal.
HSF condamne fermement ces actes d’intimidation, d’arrestation, d’interpellation arbitraires et de traitements inhumains de son Président .
HSF exhorte les autorités Sénégalaises à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour la libération immédiate et sans conditions de Monsieur Boubacar Sèye, Président de HSF .
En outre, HSF exhorte les autorités Sénégalaises à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour mettre fin à tous les actes de harcèlement et d’intimidation sur la personne de Boubacar Sèye, Président de HSF.
HSF lance un appel au Gouvernement du Sénégal à respecter et à garantir le droit à la dignité et à l’intégrité morale, les droits à la liberté d’opinion, la liberté d’expression et enfin à la liberté de circulation.
HSF, ne ménagera aucun effort pour contribuer à la lutte pour un état de droit dans un Sénégal démocratique.
